HEC Commonwealth Scholarships for PhD in the United Kingdom for the Year 2019 ​​Eligibility Criteria & Apply Online Latest

HEC invites applications for PhD scholarships for 2019 from Pakistan/AJ&K teaching faculty working on full time university teaching posts possessing post-graduate qualification (18 years Master degree with no 3rd Division) under the Common-wealth Scholarships, United King-dom. PhD scholarships are offered under six themes:

• Science and technology for development
• Strengthening health systems and capacity
• Promoting global prosperity
• Strengthening global peace 
• Security and governance
• Strengthening resilience & response to crises 
• Access, inclusion and opportunity 

All awards will be made on the basis of donor's selection criteria, highest academic merit, quality of study/research plan, and relevancy of candidate's selected field with Pakistan's future development needs, provincial/regional quota and the number of scholarship slots allocated for Pakistani students.
