Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Civilian Jobs 2026 Eligibility Criteria

1. Medical Assistant (BPS-09)

• Gender: Male and Female (Married/Unmarried).

• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (as of November 21, 2026).

• Educational Qualification: Matric with a diploma in Nursing or a related Allied Health Science sub-trade.

• Experience: Preference or registration is given to those who have cleared the Class II or equivalent trade test/diploma course in their respective sub-trade.

2. Driver (BPS-04)

• Gender: Male only.

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years (as of November 21, 2026).

• Educational Qualification: Must be able to read and write the local language and English.

• Technical License & Experience: Must possess a valid HTV driving license and have 2 years of relevant driving experience matching the standards set by Air Headquarters. Ex-servicemen with identical trade experience are also eligible.

3. Cook (BPS-03)

• Gender: Male only.

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years (as of November 21, 2026).

• Educational Qualification & Skill: Must possess specialized skill and proficiency in cooking food.

General Age Relaxations

According to the official terms, an upper age relaxation is applicable under the following categories:

• A general relaxation of 5 years is pre-included in the maximum age limits shown above.

• Retired Armed Forces personnel are granted an age relaxation of 15 years or the number of years served in the armed forces (whichever is less).

• Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist communities, or recognized under-developed/backward areas (such as Balochistan, Sindh Rural, FATA, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan) receive an additional 3-year upper age relaxation.

• Government servants who have completed 2 years of continuous government service are eligible for an upper age relaxation of up to 15 years (or up to the age of 55).

Ineligibility Criteria

An applicant will be deemed completely ineligible if they meet any of the following conditions:

• Dismissed, removed, or debarred from any government service, semi-government organization, or armed forces training setup.

• Convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude by a court of law.

• Declared medically unfit by an Armed Forces Medical Board, Appeal Medical Board, or Central Medical Board.

• Found providing false, modified, or incorrect academic records or personal information.
