Terms & Conditions

Please review the following recruitment rules carefully before filling out your application form:

• Age Limit & Relaxations:

  • The general upper age limit is 28 years for candidates from Balochistan and rural Sindh.

  • For retired Armed Forces personnel, the maximum age limit is 45 years.

  • For candidates from all other remaining provinces, the general upper age limit is 25 years.

  • Upper age relaxations will be strictly granted in accordance with prevailing government regulations.

• Selection Process: Candidates must pass the prescribed departmental test to qualify. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test and interview.

• Government Employees: Candidates already employed in government sectors must apply through the proper channel and attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.

• Multiple Applications: A candidate can only apply for one vacancy at a time. Submitting more than one application will lead to disqualification.

• Documents for Interview: Original documents (educational certificates, domicile, CNIC) must be brought along at the time of the test/interview.

• TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be provided to any candidate for appearing in the test or interview process.

• Contact Information: Candidates must provide complete and accurate mobile numbers and addresses on their forms. The department will not be held responsible if an applicant cannot be reached due to an incorrect or powered-off phone number.

How to Apply

1. Complete the Application Form provided at the bottom of the advertisement with all personal, academic, and professional experience details.

2. Clearly write the Name of the Post Applied For on top of the application form and the mailing envelope.

3. Attach a non-refundable Postal Order of Rs. 500/- issued in the name of Commanding Officer 102 Ordnance Unit Kharian Cantt. The postal order must not be older than 3 months, and its number and date must be written on the application form.

4. Enclose two passport-sized photographs, along with verified/attested copies of your educational certificates, domicile, and Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
