General Eligibility Criteria

To successfully qualify for the shortlisting stage across these civilian positions, candidates must fulfill the following uniform requirements:

• Basic Age Bracket: The standard age requirement across most categories is 18 to 30 years.

• Regional Age Relaxation: An extended upper age limit of 33 years is provided to candidates belonging to Ex-FATA, Balochistan, Sindh (Rural), Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir.

• Ex-Servicemen Quota: The maximum age limit allowed for retired armed forces personnel (Ex-Service Men) is 45 years.

• Educational Background: Academic requirements range between a basic Primary Pass (for drivers and traditional trade roles) up to a Matriculation Certificate (for clerical, computer-based, and highly skilled mechanics).

• Technical Experience & Certifications: Applicants for skilled posts must hold verified diplomas (e.g., 1-year trade diplomas, 6-month computer application certificates), valid driving licenses (LTV), or documented field experience spanning at least 6 months.

• Quota Allocations: Vacancies are distributed across Merit, Punjab, KPK, Sindh (Urban), Sindh (Rural), Balochistan, and Local quotas. Standard statutory reserved quotas for women and disabled persons apply as per rules.

• Local Quota Districts: To apply specifically under the local quota, applicants must hold a domicile from one of the following districts: Multan, Khanewal, Okara, Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, Rajanpur, or Muzaffargarh.

• Government Sector Applicants: Current government employees are eligible but must forward their application through proper official channels via their respective departments.

• Test Center Location: Written examinations, practical trades tests, and final interviews will be held at the Central Ordnance Depot Khanewal.
