Abbottabad University of Science & Technology (AUST) has announced its Advertisement No. 02/2026, inviting applications from qualified Pakistani nationals (male and female) for multiple faculty positions on a regular basis. Terms & Conditions

• Academic Eligibility: Qualifications and criteria are as per HEC of Pakistan and AUST Statutes. For semester systems, a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 will be considered equivalent to First Division.

• Government Employees: Applicants serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.

• Completeness: No column of the application form should be left blank, especially regarding CGPA/percentage equivalents, postal address, email, and contact numbers. Incomplete forms will not be entertained.

• Multiple Positions: Applicants applying for more than one position must submit separate applications and fees.

• Foreign Degrees: Candidates holding foreign degrees/certificates must attach an Equivalency Certificate from HEC or IBCC Islamabad.

• Selection & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews in accordance with AUST Statutes. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending interviews.

• University Rights: AUST reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or modify appointments against any advertised position based on institutional needs.

How to Apply

• Download Application Form: Application forms are available on the official university website at www.aust.edu.pk.

• Application Fee: Deposit a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 5000/- via Bank Draft / Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer, Abbottabad University of Science and Technology.

• Required Documentation:

  • For Professor (BPS-21) and Associate Professor (BPS-20) positions: Submit 4 complete sets of application forms/dossiers along with 1 soft copy.

  • For all positions: Attach original bank draft/receipt (plus 1 photocopy), attested photocopies of DMCs, degrees, experience certificates, research papers (if applicable), CNIC, and 2 recent passport-size photographs.
