Abbottabad University of Science & Technology (AUST) has announced Advertisement No. 03/2026, inviting applications from eligible Pakistani nationals (male and female) for regular administrative and technical vacancies. The screening process for these posts will be conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA). Candidates seeking university jobs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with strong qualifications in procurement, IT, network engineering, and accounting are encouraged to apply online before the closing date.

Terms & Conditions

1. Provisional Test & Verification: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials. Detailed scrutiny of documents will be conducted by the appointing authority, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.

2. Profile & CNIC Verification: All applicants must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying or paying fees, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA portal and verify their CNIC No. at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Applications cannot be submitted without this verification.

3. Shortlisting & Governance: Interview call letters will be issued only to shortlisted candidates who qualify the ETEA screening test. Selected candidates will be governed by the Rules, Regulations, and Statutes of Abbottabad University of Science & Technology and the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

4. Domicile & Specific Eligibility: For the position of Accountant (BPS-16), only candidates possessing a domicile of Hazara Division are eligible to apply. For the Network Engg./Web Administrator position, preference will be given to candidates with experience as a Web Administrator.

5. Age Limit & Relaxation: The age limit for initial appointment from BPS-6 to BPS-18 is 18 to 35 years as per Abbottabad UST Statutes. Age relaxation is admissible under existing rules.

6. Academic Standards & Foreign Degrees: In case of a semester system, a CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 shall be considered as First Division. Candidates with foreign degrees must provide equivalency certificates issued by HEC.

7. Government Employees & Multiple Posts: In-service candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and pay separate fees for each position.

8. General Rules: Incomplete applications or those with fake documents/information will be rejected. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview. Errors and omissions in the advertisement or post counts are subject to rectification by the University.

How to Apply

1. Online Application: Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk to complete and submit the online application form.

2. Generate Fee Slip: After successfully submitting the online application, print the generated deposit slip containing your token number, project code, and personal details.

3. Pay Test Fee: Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee via the EasyPaisa app/agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Retain Payment Proof: Keep the original stamped candidate copy of the deposit slip for your personal records and do not share it with anyone.

5. No Hard Copies Initially: Do not mail documents or testimonials to the ETEA office. Physical documents will only be required from candidates who qualify the screening test for scrutiny purposes.

6. Roll No. Slips: Candidates will be notified via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Please ensure your mobile number is not ported or converted to another network. Test date, time, and venue will be specified on the Roll No. Slip (no physical call letters will be mailed).
