The Home and Defense Planning Cell under the Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) invites applications for the position of Director (BPS-19) at the Department of Armed Services Board Azad Kashmir (Headquarters Muzaffarabad). This vacancy is open to state subject residents of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, including Jammu & Kashmir refugees residing in Pakistan and Jammu & Kashmir refugees of the 1989 batch.

This contract-based leadership opportunity is exclusively available for retired military officers seeking executive government employment in Muzaffarabad.

Terms & Conditions

• Retirement Window: Eligible candidates must apply within 07 years of their retirement from the military in accordance with government rules.

• Verification: Candidates will be called for committee interviews only after mandatory verification of their credentials by the Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan, Armed Services Board Secretariat Rawalpindi.

• Appointment Policy: Selection and appointment of suitable officers will be governed strictly under the Contract Induction Policy 1981.

• Ineligibility: Individuals who have been dismissed or removed from service by an Army or Civil Court are ineligible to apply.

• Incomplete Applications: Late or incomplete application submissions will not be considered.

• TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be paid to candidates appearing for tests or interviews.
