How to Apply for AIOU Jobs

Follow these steps to successfully submit your application:

1. Online Application: Visit the official AIOU Job Portal at careers.aiou.edu.pk to fill out the online application form.

2. Processing Fee: Download the Challan Form from the job portal. The processing fee is Rs. 5000/- for BPS-20 and BPS-21 positions.

3. Hard & Soft Copies Required: After submitting the online form, you must send hard copies and a soft copy. Applications without online submission will not be entertained.

4. Dossier Preparation: Prepare 04 sets in binding form and 01 soft copy (CD) in PDF format containing:

   • Attested copies of academic documents.

   • Research articles.

   • Relevant documentary testimonials (details of conference papers, number of students supervised at M.Phil & Ph.D. level, and details of research grants/projects).

   • Community Development / Social Responsibility records.

   • Paid original Bank Challan.

5. Mailing: Ensure the complete application dossier reaches the Registrar's office on or before the cutoff date.
