The Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force (RD ANF), Balochistan, is inviting applications from qualified legal professionals for the position of Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) purely on a contract basis. The selected candidate will represent the Anti Narcotics Force in the CNS Court, Quetta. Eligible advocates possessing a license to practice in the High Court and relevant legal experience are encouraged to submit their prescribed application forms before the closing date.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must hold a valid license as an Advocate of the High Court. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 5 years of practical experience post-enrolment with the High Court. Preference is also given to residents of District Quetta or adjoining districts, and those with practical knowledge of contesting Anti-Money Laundering cases.

2. Prescribed Application Format: Applications submitted on formats other than the official prescribed application form will be rejected.

3. Document Attachments: Attested copies of Bar enrolment certificates and Bar Council cards must be attached to the application form.

4. Interview Location & Notification: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at 449-A, Musa Road, Quetta Cantt. The interview schedule will be communicated via the mobile numbers provided in the applications.

5. Conflict of Interest: During the contract period with ANF, the candidate will not be permitted to appear in any court as defense counsel in narcotics-related cases for any Law Enforcement Agency.

6. False Information: Submitting fake documents or false information will result in rejection at any stage of the recruitment process.

7. Authority Rights: RD ANF Balochistan reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the post, alter the contract terms, or reject any application without assigning any reason.
