The Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) Punjab is inviting applications from active, energetic, and hardworking legal advocates to represent the department as Special Prosecutor on a contract basis in the Civil Court and Special Court Control of Narcotic Substances (CNS) Sialkot.

Eligible legal practitioners domiciled in Sialkot, Punjab, seeking government legal positions can apply for these contract opportunities before the specified submission deadline.

• Position Name: Special Prosecutor

• Duty Location: Civil Court and Special Court (Control of Narcotic Substances), Sialkot

• Appointment Type: Contract Basis

• Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 120,000/- per month with up to a 10% annual increment based on performance evaluation.

Terms & Conditions

1. Candidates must be citizens of Pakistan, preferably residents/domiciled in Sialkot, and must not have any political affiliations.

2. The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of practicing experience as an Advocate in the High Court.

3. The candidate must possess compulsory experience in pleading criminal cases in both Trial Courts and the High Court.

4. Candidates must be active members of the Sialkot Bar Association or the High Court Bar Association.

5. Applicants must possess good character, must not have been involved in any immoral activity, must not have been dismissed from government service, and must not be declared bankrupt.

6. Selected prosecutors, during their contract with ANF, shall not represent or appear as defense counsel for any accused person in any court in cases prosecuted by any law enforcement agency.

7. Interviews will be conducted at the Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Punjab, VIP Flights Complex Road, Behind Ayub Stadium, Lahore Cantt.

8. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.

9. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
