The Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force North has announced a legal career opportunity for an energetic and hardworking advocate on a contract basis. Applications are invited for appointment as Special Prosecutor to contest narcotics and assets cases in special courts, high courts, and appellate courts.

List of Vacancies and Eligibility Details

• (01 Special Prosecutor): Requires a Pakistani citizen, practicing advocate in CNS Courts with High Court experience, background in criminal/narcotics cases and white-collar crimes, and membership in a High Court bar association.

Terms & Conditions

• Attractive retainership fee will be offered, which is mutually negotiable.

• Selected candidates will conduct proceedings under the Narcotics Substances Act 1997, Prevention of Smuggling Act 1977, and Anti Money Laundering Act 2010.

• During the contract, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear as defense counsel in any narcotics or related cases.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews, and incomplete applications will be rejected.
