Eligibility and Requirements

• Qualification: Master’s degree or above in any discipline. Candidates with an M.Ed / B.Ed as an additional qualification will be preferred.

• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.

• Experience: * Minimum of 20 years of teaching or educational experience.

  • At least 05 years of experience specifically as a Principal of a reputed institution.

• Health: No chronic health issues. A medical examination is likely upon selection.

• Qualities: Applicants should be dynamic, passionate, and possess strong administrative and managerial skills. A progressive and optimistic leadership approach is essential.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 185,000 (Current pay of Principal).

• Accommodation: Married accommodation or House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided.

• Transport: A car will be available (on demand, within Sialkot Cantt only).
