Terms & Conditions

1. Division/CGPA Criteria: Only one 2nd Division is allowed throughout the entire educational career. However, the final degree must be in the 1st Division with a minimum 3.00/4.00 CGPA. No 3rd Division is allowed in any degree/certificate.

2. Recognized Educational Degrees: Degrees, Diplomas, and Certificates must be from HEC / PEC / Govt. recognized institutes. Candidates holding O/A-Level or foreign qualifications must provide equivalence certificates from IBCC or HEC clearly mentioning the division, percentage, or CGPA.

3. Qualification Acquisition: Prescribed educational qualifications must have been acquired on or before the closing date for application submission.

4. Post-Qualification Experience: Refers exclusively to experience obtained after completing the required qualification up to the closing date.

5. Age Limit: The minimum age limit is 18 years, and the upper age limit is 35 years as of the closing date. Age relaxation may be considered for candidates possessing specialized experience or higher qualifications.

6. Eligibility & Rejection: Candidates must fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria. Ineligible candidates may face cancellation at any stage of selection without any right to claim.

7. Pension Benefits: Selected candidates will be offered employment against Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) / Provident Fund (PF) rules as per current government policies.

8. Government Employees: Servicemen currently working in Government or Semi-Government setups must apply through the proper channel (NOC).

9. Shortlisting: Meeting the minimum selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting; only the most competitive applicants will be shortlisted if candidate volume is high.
