General Eligibility & Prerequisites

To be considered for this role at TDAP Headquarters, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Background: Minimum of 16 years of education in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, International Marketing, Data Science, or Economics.

• Technical Skills: A strong command of computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint) is required.

• Preferred Experience: Preference is given to candidates with working knowledge of trading software (Trade Map, Trade Sift) and analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, Stata, or SPSS.

• Age Limit: Maximum age of 35 years.

• Domicile Allocation: * Punjab: 03 seats

  • KPK: 02 seats

• Equivalence: Candidates with foreign degrees must provide an HEC Qualification Equivalence Certificate.

• NOC: Current Government or Semi-Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

Terms & Conditions

• Status: This is a non-pensionable, non-civil servant service, governed solely by TDAP rules.

• Salary: The pay package is equivalent to BPS-17.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test, group discussion, and interview.

• Allowances: No TA/DA will be provided for any stage of the recruitment process or for joining.
