• Applicants must possess an MBA or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

• A minimum of 10–15 years of relevant experience in a reputable Oil Marketing Company (OMC) is required, including at least 03 years in a similar managerial role.

• Candidates should have proven expertise in retail sales management, retail network development, and project management.

• Candidates must have strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• A thorough understanding of OGRA regulations and relevant government authorities (Explosives Department, Highway Authorities, Environmental Protection Agency, and District Administration) is required.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan is mandatory for this role.
