A leading Public Sector Organization has announced new teaching and administrative career opportunities for the Auqaf Model School, Tangi Charsadda. Applications are invited from eligible and motivated candidates holding a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).

These project-based positions are initially offered on a contract basis for a period of one year, with the possibility of an extension based on satisfactory performance throughout the project's life. The recruitment process is being independently organized by the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) to ensure a transparent, merit-based selection system operating under a strict zero-tolerance policy for corruption.

Terms & Conditions

Candidates must carefully review the eligibility criteria and testing regulations before proceeding:

• Domicile Restriction: Only individuals possessing a valid domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible to apply.

• Provisional Screening Test: Appearance in the ETEA screening test is provisional based on the details provided by the candidate. Complete scrutiny will be conducted later by the appointing authority, and any discrepancies will lead to immediate disqualification.

• NADRA Verification Requirement: All applicants must create a profile on the ETEA portal, print out an E-Sahulat token, and verify their CNIC at a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk. Applications cannot be processed without this mandatory step.

• Salary and Appointment Policy: Appointments and monthly salaries will strictly align with the Project Policy and the revised schedules defined by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply using the proper channel.

• Multiple Applications: Individuals wishing to apply for more than one position must submit separate applications along with individual test fees.

• General Rules: Foreign degree holders must submit equivalence certificates from the HEC. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in tests or interviews.

How to Apply

The registration process is completely digital and handled exclusively via ETEA. Follow these procedural guidelines:

1. Online Application: Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk to fill out and submit the online application form.

2. Challan Generation: Upon successful submission, a customized online deposit slip featuring your personal details, project code, and a unique token number will be generated.

3. Fee Payment: Print the generated slip and deposit the prescribed, non-refundable test fee through the Easypaisa App, an authorized Easypaisa Agent, or at any commercial branch of UBL Bank.

4. Slip Retention: Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) showing the bank or agent's stamp safely with you. Do not share it or mail hard copies of your documents to the ETEA office.

5. Roll Number Slips: ETEA will notify candidates via SMS to download and print their Roll Number Slips directly from the website. Ensure your mobile number is active and not converted to another network.
