Ayub Medical College Abbottabad, an Autonomous Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) with a Board of Governors as prescribed by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications from qualified candidates for various faculty and non-teaching positions on a contract basis. The recruitment process is governed by the MTI Act 2015 (as amended from time to time), MTI rules, and regulations. Terms & Conditions

• Selection Process:

  • Candidates for Serial #01 to 14 will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials.

  • Shortlisting is based on ETEA test score, educational qualifications, and relevant experience.

  • A minimum of 50% marks is required to pass the ETEA screening test, and a minimum of 70% in interview marks as approved by the competent authority.

• Appointment Terms:

  • Appointments will be made on Institutional Pay Scale (IPS) under the AMTI Uniform IPS Contract 2026, Policy, Contributory Provident Fund (CPF), and governed by MTI Act 2015, subject to annual performance evaluations.

  • Initial appointment is on probation for 01 year.

• Quota & Inclusivity:

  • Quotas will be observed as per rules: 2% for persons with disabilities, 10% for female candidates, and 5% for minorities.

How to Apply

For Posts at Serial # 01 to Serial # 14 (ETEA Portal):

1. ETEA Profile Registration: Create a profile on the official ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk).

2. CNIC Verification: Verify your CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) prior to applying and depositing fees.

3. Fee Payment: Submit the non-refundable test fee generated via the deposit slip using EasyPaisa App, Agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Online Submission: Apply for the desired post online via the ETEA portal. Do not send physical documents to the ETEA office unless specifically requested later.

5. Roll No. Slips: Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download roll number slips from www.etea.edu.pk.

For Posts at Serial # 15 to Serial # 22 (Direct AMTI Submission):

2. Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable application fee via bank draft/deposit slip into:
