Ayub Medical College Abbottabad (MTI-AMC), an autonomous medical teaching institution governed by a Board of Governors under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015, invites applications from eligible candidates for various faculty and non-teaching positions. All appointments will be made on a contract basis under MTI rules and regulations with an equal opportunity policy.

Terms & Conditions

• Selection Procedure: Candidates will be provisionally allowed for the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials. A minimum of 50% marks is required to pass the ETEA test, and a minimum of 70% marks is required to pass the interview.

• Probation Period: Appointees will be placed on probation for one (01) year.

• Pay Scale: Appointments will be made on Institutional Pay Scale (IPS) under the AMTI Uniform IPS Contract 2026 Policy, with Contributory Provident Fund (CPF).

• Quotas: Reserved quotas apply as per rules: 2% for persons with disabilities, 10% for female candidates, and 5% for minorities.

• Government/In-Service Employees: Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government/autonomous organizations must apply through proper channel with a valid NOC and resign from service prior to joining if selected.

• Original Documents: Shortlisted candidates invited for interview must present original documents. No TA/DA will be provided.

• Verification: Educational documents and experience certificates will be verified; submitting fake/forged documents will result in disqualification and legal action.

• BOG Authority: The Board of Governors, AMTI, reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or revoke/cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

How to Apply

• For Serial 01 to Serial 14:

  1. Create a profile on the ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk) and verify your CNIC via NADRA e-Sahulat.

  2. Apply online for the desired post. A prescribed fee deposit slip will be generated.

  3. Pay the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa App or at any UBL Bank branch.

  4. Keep the original student deposit slip with bank stamp safely; do not send hard copies to ETEA at this stage.

• For Serial 15 to Serial 22:

  1. Applications are accepted only on the prescribed form available at www.ayubmed.edu.pk.

  2. Fill out the online application via the specified links and submit supporting documents in a single PDF file (or email to [email protected] if portal upload is unavailable).

  3. Pay the processing fee of Rs. 2000/- (for Serial 15 to 16) or Rs. 300/- (for Serial 17 to 22) into MCB Bank Account No. 0132003010000036 (Account Title: Dean/CEO Receipt Account, MCB Bank, Ayub Medical College Branch, Mansehra Road, Abbottabad).

  4. Submit the complete hard-copy application package via registered courier service to:
