• Application Format: Applicants must submit their applications on a plain piece of paper along with an updated CV, attested copies of all educational certificates/degrees, experience certificates, and a recent passport-size photograph.

• Domicile Restriction: Only candidates possessing a valid Punjab Domicile are eligible to apply.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be granted in accordance with the prevailing rules and policies of the Government of Punjab.

• Document Verification: Providing fake documents or false information will result in immediate disqualification of the candidate at any stage, and legal action may be initiated.

• Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of PKR 300 must be deposited into the Baba Guru Nanak University account number 651022749000019 at the Bank of Punjab (BOP). The original deposit slip must be attached to the application.

• University Rights: The university management reserves the right to fill, delay, or stop the recruitment process for any position without assigning any reason. It also reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any time.
