Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Restriction: Non-teaching positions are strictly restricted to candidates holding a Punjab Domicile.

• Fee Structure:

  • BS-19 & BS-20: Rs. 4000/-

  • BS-17 & BS-18: Rs. 2000/-

  • BS-16: Rs. 1000/-

  • BS-01 to BS-05: Rs. 800/-

  • Fees must be deposited via 1Link member bank ATMs, mobile banking platforms, internet banking, or over-the-counter member bank branches. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Government/Semi-Government Servants: Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit a Departmental Permission Certificate (NOC) issued by the competent authority.

• Degree Attestation & Equivalence: Degrees from HEC-recognized institutions will be considered. Foreign degree holders must submit an HEC equivalence certificate.

• Academic Third Division: Candidates with a third division in their academic career are not eligible; however, applicants holding a Ph.D. in the relevant field with not more than one third division in their entire academic career remain eligible for teaching posts.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.

• Incomplete Applications: Applications received after the closing date or without the required documents/fee payment will not be entertained.

• Quotas: Special age relaxation, quotas for disabled persons, minorities, and women will be applied as per Government of Punjab rules.

How to Apply

2. Pay the required application fee via 1Link using the generated fee voucher/challan.

3. After online submission, send the signed hard copy of the generated application form along with recent passport-size photographs, attested copies of CNIC, domicile, educational documents/degrees, and experience certificates via courier service to: Office of Registrar, Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib, Faculty Hostels Building, Danish School, Opposite District Courts, Nankana Sahib.

4. For Associate Professor applicants: Submit a soft copy of the completed application form along with research publications (in full) in PDF format on a USB drive in addition to the hard copy package.

• Hard Copy Submission Deadline: Hard copies of applications along with required documents must reach the Registrar's Office on or before August 28, 2026 (Friday).
