Bacha Khan University, Charsadda (BKUC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has announced job vacancies for regular administrative positions. Highly qualified and experienced professionals looking to build a career in university administration are invited to apply before the specified closing date. Terms & Conditions

• Governing Rules: Selected candidates will be governed by the Act, Statutes, Rules, and Regulations of Bacha Khan University, Charsadda (BKUC).

• Indication of Post: Candidates must clearly indicate the specific post applied for along with their relevant specialization/skill set on the application form.

• Government Servants: Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must submit their applications through proper channels.

• Shortlisting & University Liability: Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the test/interview. BKUC is not responsible for any delayed receipt or non-receipt of interview call letters.

• Application Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 10,000/- must be deposited online or via demand draft in favor of Treasurer, Bacha Khan University, Charsadda, or deposited directly into the University Account at Bank of Khyber, Charsadda Branch (Branch Code: 5088, Account No. 3006577953). The original receipt must be attached to the application.

• Required Documents: Attested photocopies of all academic transcripts/DMCs, degrees, certificates, experience certificates, Last Pay Certificate (LPC), CNIC, and three (03) recent passport-size photographs must be attached with the application form.

• Foreign Degrees: Candidates with foreign qualifications must provide an Equivalence Certificate issued by HEC, Islamabad.

• First Division Definition: A CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 shall be considered equivalent to First Division.

• Multiple Positions: Applicants applying for more than one post must submit separate application forms along with separate processing fees and document sets.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the test or interview.

• Previous Applicants: Candidates who previously applied for the Liaison Manager post under Advertisement No. 2023(2) do not need to apply again; however, they may submit an updated application form to refresh their credentials before the deadline.

• Influence Policy: Any attempt to influence the recruitment process in any manner will lead to immediate disqualification.

• University Rights: The university reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions, or cancel any or all advertised posts without assigning any reason.
