Terms & Conditions

1. General Eligibility for Faculty Members: MS/M.Phil/M.Sc (Equivalent degree) awarded after 18 years of education in relevant subject from an HEC recognized institution with 1st Division under Annual System or CGPA 3/4, 4/5 & 5/6 under Semester System, with no 3rd division in entire academic career. (The no 3rd division condition shall not apply if the candidate holds a higher degree like PhD or equivalent with not more than one 3rd division).

2. Eligibility for BS Textile Design: As per HEC criteria for Arts and Design Faculty.

3. Eligibility for Law Courses: PhD with no experience required, OR LLM with 5 years' experience as Advocate High Court, OR LLB with 10 years' experience as Advocate High Court.

4. Eligibility for Lab Engineers: B.Sc (1st Division under Annual System, CGPA 3/4, 4/5 & 5/6 under Semester System) awarded after 16 years of education from an HEC recognized institution with no 3rd division in academic career. (Waived if candidate holds a higher degree viz. M.Sc or PhD with not more than one 3rd division).

5. Applications received after the last date will not be entertained, even though posted before the last date.

6. Incomplete applications in any manner shall not be entertained and the candidate will be considered ineligible.

7. Applicants must fulfill all requirements/prerequisites of the department/faculty.

8. Selected candidates will be paid as per university rules.

9. The incumbent shall not claim any right for permanent employment at BZU, Multan, on the basis of this visiting appointment.

10. The University reserves the right to withhold/cancel any hiring without assigning any reason.

How to Apply

1. Write application on plain paper and attach hard copies of CV, attested copies of degrees, result cards, transcripts, and certificates.

2. Affix one most recent passport-size photograph on the application form.

3. Pay a bank draft (non-refundable) of Rs. 500/- (one time) in favor of "Treasurer, BZU, Multan". Alternatively, deposit via Bank Challan at the University Branch, Main Campus (HBL A/C # 12717900643601 or UBL A/C # 085700300018).

4. Candidates intending to apply for different course(s) in a faculty must submit separate applications (only faculty wise) complete in all respects.

5. Send complete application files to the Offices of the "Respective Chairperson/Director/Principal of Teaching Department" by hand or by courier services.

6. Attend walk-in interviews scheduled on 13 August 2026 at the concerned departments/institutes.
