1. Regional Business Heads – Branch Banking Division (CBG)

• Grade: Band-5 / Band-3

• Location: Multiple Locations

• Job Summary & Major Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of Current Account (CA), Savings Account (SA), and total deposit targets along with other revenue and cross-functional targets set for the region.

  • Collaboration with all business units for the identification of prospective customers to enhance sales opportunities and deposit mobilization.

  • Responsibility to enhance and optimize productivity at all levels by enforcing a compliance culture and bringing quality to customer services.

  • Ensure strict adherence to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations, Bank’s internal policies, procedures, and risk guidelines.

  • Build a succession pipeline and ensure high team engagement across the region.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized University or foreign university.

  • Experience: Minimum 09 to 12 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates with more than 03 years of banking experience in a similar role.

  • Age Limit: Not more than 55 years as of the application date.
