Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid domicile of the Sindh Province.

• Academic Criteria: A 3rd division is strictly not acceptable in the entire academic career.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation is admissible in accordance with the Government of Sindh policy.

• Quotas: Specific reservation quotas for differently-abled persons, women, and religious minorities will be followed as per the Government of Sindh policy.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organizations must apply through the proper channel along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.

• Application Processing Fee (Non-Refundable):

  • BPS-19 and above: Rs. 5000/-

  • BPS-18: Rs. 3000/-

  • BPS-16: Rs. 2000/-

  • Note: The fee must be submitted as a Bank Draft/Pay Order from a scheduled bank issued in favor of "The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development, Khairpur Mirs."

• University Rights: The university reserves the absolute right to increase or decrease the number of positions, or cancel any or all advertised posts at any stage without giving any reason.

• Step 2: Download and fill out the prescribed application proforma from the website.

• Step 3: Attach attested photocopies of your educational degrees, certificates, CNIC, Domicile, and Experience Certificates.

• Step 4 (For Associate Professor Candidates Only): Attach 4 sets of Research Publications in binding form. Additionally, email a copy of these publications to [email protected].

• Step 5: Send your complete application form, required documents, and the original Bank Draft/Pay Order to the Registrar's Office via courier or registered post.
