Terms & Conditions

• Contract Duration: All appointments will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of two (02) years.

• Extension Policy: The contract period can be revived for another term with mutual consent during the scheme period, strictly subject to satisfactory performance.

• Gender Preference: While applications are open to qualified individuals matching the domicile criteria, female candidates possessing the required eligibility criteria are encouraged and will be given preference.

• Future Regularization: The services of these appointees will likely be continued or confirmed in the future, subject to the creation of relevant vacancies on the regular establishment at the university. Regularized positions shall be under the contributory pension service.

• Eligibility Standards: Candidates must meet the specific HEC qualification and publication criteria corresponding to each pay scale, discipline, and department.
