Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Government of Pakistan, has announced job vacancies under the Balochistan Quota for Pakistani nationals possessing a Balochistan Local/Domicile Certificate. A total of 197 vacant positions ranging from SPS-01 to SPS-15 are available purely on a temporary basis for both BISP HQ Islamabad and BISP Balochistan Regional Offices. Interested candidates can apply online through the National Job Portal (NJP).

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

BISP HQ Islamabad

• (01 Assistant - Accounts SPS-15): Bachelor's degree (Finance/Accounts/Commerce) with minimum 2nd Class or 2.7/4.0 CGPA, 18–25 Yrs

• (03 Executive Assistant - SPS-15): Bachelor's degree (min 2nd Class/2.7 CGPA) with 80/40 w.p.m shorthand/typing speed, 18–25 Yrs.

• (01 Upper Division Clerk - UDC SPS-13): F.A/F.Sc/HSSC or equivalent (min 2nd Division), 18–25 Yrs.

• (02 Lower Division Clerk - LDC SPS-11): Matric/SSC or equivalent (min 2nd Division) with 30 w.p.m. typing speed, 18–25 Yrs.

• (01 Driver - SPS-04): Primary Pass with valid LTV/HTV driving license, 18–30 Yrs.

BISP Balochistan Region

• (72 Assistant - Admin/Complaint/NSER/M&E/Field SPS-15): Bachelor's degree (min 2nd Class or 2.7/4.0 CGPA) in any subject, 18–25 Yrs

• (29 Assistant - Admin & Accounts SPS-15): Bachelor's degree (Finance/Accounts/Commerce) with min 2nd Class or 2.7/4.0 CGPA, 18–25 Yrs.

• (01 Assistant Legal - SPS-15): Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with min 2nd Class or 2.7/4.0 CGPA, 18–25 Yrs.

• (24 Driver - SPS-04): Primary Pass with valid LTV/HTV driving license, 18–30 Yrs.

• (30 Chowkidar - SPS-01): Primary Pass with good physical health (ex-servicemen preferred), 18–40 Yrs.

• (31 Naib Qasid - SPS-01): Primary Pass, 18–25 Yrs.

• (02 Sweeper - SPS-01): Literate, 18–25 Yrs.

Terms & Conditions

• Recruitment Method: Recruitment for all posts (SPS-1 to 15) will be strictly conducted via Walk-in Interview with no entry or written test.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation of 5 years is granted instead of existing 3 years as per general age relaxation rules. Age is calculated as of the last date of application submission.

• Domicile / Local Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid Local/Domicile Certificate of the relevant region in Balochistan.

• Equal Opportunity: Transgender persons can apply based on self-perceived gender identity per the Transgender Persons Act 2018. Candidates applying under minority or disabled quota must provide supporting documentary proof.

• Government Servants: Candidates currently employed in government service must apply through proper channels.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
