The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Faisalabad has invited applications from dynamic, honest, experienced, and regular government teachers and qualified individuals for administrative and examination duties for the upcoming Matriculation and Intermediate (First and Second Annual) Examinations 2027. Applicants must submit their online applications through the official website www.bisefsd.edu.pk, print the filled form, attach attested copies of required documents, and submit them by hand or via registered post to the office of the Assistant Controller (Secrecy Branch), BISE Faisalabad, starting from 01 September 2026.

List of Vacancies with Details & Eligibility Criteria

• 1. Paper Setter

  • Eligibility: Serving teachers from Government Colleges / Higher Secondary Schools / High Schools.

  • Matric level preference given to SS, SST, and SSE cadree teachers. Intermediate level preference given to SS and SSS cadree teachers. Must possess a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience and at least 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject.

• 2. Head Examiner

  • Eligibility: Serving teachers from Government Colleges / Higher Secondary Schools / High Schools.

  • Matric level preference given to SS, SST, and SSE cadree teachers. Intermediate level preference given to SS and SSS cadree teachers. Must possess a minimum of 8 years of teaching experience. Previous experience as Head Examiner, Deputy Head Examiner, or Paper Setter will be given preference.

• 3. Sub Examiner

  • Eligibility: Serving teachers from Government Colleges / Higher Secondary Schools / High Schools.

  • Matric level preference given to SS, SST, SESE, EST, OT, AT, SV, DMPET, and SSEIT cadree teachers. Intermediate level preference given to SS and SSS cadree teachers. Must possess a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject.

• 4. Super Checker cum Assistant Tabulation Engineer

  • Eligibility: Minimum educational qualification of M.Com, M.Sc, MBA, B.S (CS), MCS, M.A., B.A, B.Com, or B.Sc.

  • Must not be a regular or semi-government employee. Must possess expertise in computer data entry, online marketing, and data handling. Must submit a CNIC copy, 2 passport-size photographs, and a valid CV.

• 5. Supervisor for Marketing Centers

  • Eligibility: Serving educators of scale 17 and above.

  • Responsible for managing marketing centers as Project Directors/Officers. Marketing work will be compensated according to board rules.

• 6. Chief Security Officers

  • Eligibility: Retired teachers from the Education Department of scale 17 and above who are honest, experienced, and possess high integrity.

  • Remuneration will be paid according to board rules. Serving government or semi-government employees are ineligible.

• 7. Deputy Chief Security Officers

  • Eligibility: Retired teachers from the Education Department of scale 16 and above who are honest, experienced, and possess integrity.

  • Breakdown: Matric Exam = 1 Post, Intermediate Exam = 1 Post. Remuneration will be paid according to board rules.

• 8. Secrecy Officers

  • Eligibility: Serving government teachers with an honest and experienced background, applying through proper channels with NOC permission (70 Posts for Matric and Intermediate exams). Retired teachers with proven integrity can also apply with attested retirement order copies. Remuneration will be paid as per board rules.

Terms & Conditions

• All appointments are temporary, non-permanent, and district-wise, subject to extension permissions from the Competent Authority.

• Candidates must have a valid motorcycle license; if they lack one, permission must be secured from the vehicle owner on a stamp paper.

• Applicants must not have been previously dismissed or convicted by any court, nor blacklisted by BISE Faisalabad.

• Government sector applicants must apply through the proper channel.

2. Document Attachment: Print the online application form, sign it, and attach attested copies of academic credentials, CNIC, and domicile.

3. Submission: Submit the hard copy of the documents by hand or via courier/registered mail to the Assistant Controller (Secrecy Branch), BISE Faisalabad.
