The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi has announced an official recruitment notice for hiring a Part-Time Senior Legal Advisor as per government instructions dated 14-05-2011 issued by the Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Government of the Punjab. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representing the Board in legal matters, High Court cases, Civil & Sessions Court cases, and Service Tribunal proceedings on a part-time contract basis for an initial period of two years. Eligible legal professionals meeting the bar council experience requirements can apply according to the guidelines given below.

Terms & Conditions

• The Senior Legal Advisor will be bound to provide legal counsel on legal matters and represent BISE Rawalpindi in various courts.

• Remuneration and honorarium will be subject to approval by the competent authority and may vary or decrease accordingly.

• Recommendations for the appointment of the Senior Legal Advisor will be forwarded to the Government of the Punjab for final sanction, which will be granted based on the recommendations of the constituted committee.

• Applications received after the closing deadline will not be considered.
