The Government of Gilgit Baltistan, Board of Revenue, has announced a walk-in interview advertisement to hire retired personnel on a temporary basis until February 2027. These positions are required for land acquisition, verification of affected chimneys/houses, and measurement of remaining land for the Diamer Bhasha Dam and Dasu Hydropower Project (WAPDA). Eligible candidates with a Gilgit Baltistan domicile and relevant retirement experience are invited to attend the walk-in interview.

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

• (01 Tehsildar (Retired)): Maximum age 70 years; eligible on the basis of retirement as Tehsildar.

• (03 Naib Tehsildar (Retired)): Maximum age 70 years; eligible on the basis of retirement as Tehsildar or Naib Tehsildar.

• (01 Girdawar (Retired)): Maximum age 70 years; eligible on the basis of retirement as Girdawar.

• (09 Patwari (Retired)): Maximum age 70 years; eligible on the basis of retirement as Patwari or Girdawar.

Terms & Conditions

• The aforementioned employment will be on a strictly temporary basis.

• Candidates must possess extensive experience in land acquisition and settlement work.

• In case of poor performance, the department reserves the right to terminate any temporary employee at any time and hire an alternative. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates appearing for the interview.

• Candidates must be completely healthy, both physically and mentally.

• The Board holds the authority to transfer the services of employees to any other location at any time.
