The Board of Revenue (BOR), Government of the Punjab has announced career opportunities under the World Bank-funded project titled "Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE)". Applications are invited from qualified and experienced professionals for positions in the Project Management Unit (PMU) at BOR Punjab, Lahore, and the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) at Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA), Lahore.

These positions are offered purely on a contract basis for a time-bounded project, offering an opportunity to contribute to major land administration and urban development reforms in Punjab.

Terms & Conditions

• Employment Basis: All appointments are strictly on a contract basis for the time-bounded project duration.

• Posting Location: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in the province of Punjab.

• Public Sector Employees: Government and public sector employees must obtain permission/NOC from their respective department heads before applying.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.

• Vacancy Adjustments: The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts in accordance with sanctioned strength without prior notice.

• Disqualification: Incomplete applications or those submitted using forged/bogus documents will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature at any stage.

• Reserved Quotas:

  • 3% quota for disabled persons

  • 5% quota for minorities

  • 15% quota for women

  • 20% quota for children of serving/retired government servants in BS-1 to 5 from the representative department
