The Board of Revenue, Government of the Punjab is inviting applications from dynamic, qualified, and experienced professionals for a World Bank-funded project. This recruitment is for the project titled "Punjab Urban Land Record Systems Enhancement (PULSE)". Vacancies are available in both the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Board of Revenue Punjab, Lahore, and the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA), Lahore. All appointments will be made purely on a contract basis for this time-bounded project.

• Submission Format: Applications submitted through email or in the form of physical hard copies will not be entertained or acknowledged.

• Public Sector Employees: Government or public sector employees are eligible to apply, provided they obtain official permission from their department head.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be formally called for a test or interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for the selection process.

• Post Modifications: The number of advertised posts can be increased or decreased without any prior notice, in accordance with the sanctioned strength and project requirements.

• Candidature Dismissal: Incomplete applications will not be processed. If it is discovered at any stage that an applicant applied using forged, bogus, or deceitful documents, they will immediately lose their candidature.

• Job Placement: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere within the Punjab province.

• Quota Allocations: The following job quotas will continue to be strictly observed for these contract-based positions:

  • 3% quota for disabled persons

  • 5% quota for minorities

  • 15% quota for women

  • 20% quota for the children of serving/retired government servants in BS-1 to 5 from the representative department
