The following position is currently open for recruitment:

• Bomb Disposal Technician (BS-12)

General Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the vacancies announced by the Directorate of Civil Defence Punjab, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Educational & Technical Qualifications

Candidates must fulfill either of the following qualification streams:

• Stream A (Civilian Candidates): * Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.

  • Must hold a certified course in Bomb Disposal from a government-recognized institute.

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the field.

• Stream B (Ex-Servicemen):

  • Retired or released Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) from the Armed Forces who have successfully cleared the specialized Bomb Disposal Course from Military College of Engineering Risalpur, 105-PAF Induction Depot Kent, Naval Bomb Disposal Unit Karachi, or any other recognized Armed Forces training institution.

2. Age Limit

• Age Range: Candidates must be between 21 to 45 years of age.

• Note: General age relaxations will be applicable as per the Government of the Punjab Recruitment Policy 2022.

3. Domicile Requirement

• Only candidates holding a valid Punjab Domicile are eligible to apply for these posts.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
