The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination has announced a second batch of career opportunities under its PSDP-funded project, "Strengthening of Points of Entry and Border Health Services – Pakistan".

Applications are invited from eligible Pakistani Nationals (both Male & Female) for various project-based posts on a contract basis. Selected candidates will be posted at different Airports, Seaports, and Border Health Facilities across Pakistan. The entire testing and screening process is managed independently by Candidate Testing Services (CTS).

Complete Eligibility Criteria

All positions across Pakistan are open strictly on an Open Merit basis. The detailed qualification and age limits are as follows:

1. Medical Officer (Male)

• Scale / Age: PPS-07 | 25 to 35 Years

• Total Posts: 10

• Qualification: MBBS degree recognized by PMDC / PMC with a valid registration.

2. Entomologist

• Scale / Age: PPS-07 | 25 to 35 Years

• Total Posts: 13

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Entomology duly recognized by HEC.

3. Technician (Quarantine)

• Scale / Age: PPS-05 | 18 to 30 Years

• Total Posts: 12

• Qualification: Intermediate with at least a one-year Diploma of Sanitary Inspector / Public Health.

4. Data Entry Operator

• Scale / Age: PPS-05 | 18 to 30 Years

• Total Posts: 21

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT recognized by HEC, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.

5. Accountant

• Scale / Age: PPS-04 | 18 to 30 Years

• Total Posts: 09

• Qualification: B.Com / BBA or B.Sc with Math or Statistics recognized by HEC.

6. Junior Technician (Quarantine)

• Scale / Age: PPS-03 | 18 to 30 Years

• Total Posts: 35

• Qualification: Matric (Science) with a Diploma in Sanitary Inspector or Public Health.

7. Staff Car Driver

• Scale / Age: PPS-01 | 18 to 30 Years

• Total Posts: 11

• Qualification: Matric with a valid LTV license.

8. Support Staff (PPS-01 Positions)

• Age Limit for all Support Staff: 18 to 30 Years

• Attendant (01 Post): Primary / Matric pass.

• Mali (05 Posts): Primary pass.

• Electrician (03 Posts): Matric with a trade certificate in Electrical Work.

• Plumber (05 Posts): Matric with a trade certificate in Plumbing.

• Cleaner / Dhobi (08 Posts): Primary pass.

• Security Guard (17 Posts): Matric pass and must be physically fit.

• Sweeper (05 Posts): Primary pass.

General Information & Key Terms

• Contract Duration: Initial appointment is on a contract basis for up to two (2) years. Extensions may be considered based on performance and fund availability.

• Regularization: These posts are purely temporary, project-based, and co-terminus with the project; they do not carry any right to permanent regular appointment.

• Application Mode: Only online applications will be reviewed. No manual or hard copies will be accepted at the office.

• Test Partner: Written tests and screenings will be executed by M/s Candidate Testing Services (CTS). Candidates must pay a separate fee per post as per the CTS schedule.
