Domicile Policy: Candidates must submit a local or domicile certificate corresponding to their respective district in Balochistan. Married female candidates applying based on their husband’s domicile must present a certificate carrying his name.

In-Service Candidates: Government servants must submit their local/domicile certificates explicitly endorsed with their service record from their respective department heads.

Zonal Allocation: Vacancies are distributed in strict accordance with the Government of Balochistan's Recruitment Policy of 1991 across different zones (Merit, Kalat Zone, Zhob Zone, Nasirabad Zone, Mekran Zone, Quetta Zone, Sibi Zone, and Quetta City) along with specific allocations for minorities, women, and disabled individuals.

Experience Criteria: Post-qualification experience must be gained in a regular, full-time, paid job. Part-time, honorary, apprentice, or internee work experience will not be considered.

Selection Process & Syllabus: Initial screening will be conducted via an MCQs test in the relevant specialty or subject. Candidates qualifying the written tests will be evaluated in a Viva Voce/Interview covering Current Affairs, General Knowledge, Islamic/Religious Studies, and Pakistan Studies.

Age Relaxation: General upper age relaxation up to 43 years is granted by the Government of Balochistan for fresh applicants as well as active government servants across various categories.

Step 3: Complete the application profile online under the "Jobs Tab". Hard copies of online applications are not accepted at the commission's office.

Step 4: Generate a unique PSID and deposit the required application processing fee digitally using 1Link Banking Channels (including Mobile Banking, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, ATMs, or Over the Counter at any 1Link Member Bank Branch).

Step 5: Keep a digital copy of your fee deposit confirmation. Ensure all entered information is completely accurate before final submission, as incomplete entries will be rejected.

Step 6: Download your Admission Certificate/Roll No slip from the portal when notified via SMS, and bring your original CNIC and a printed copy of the slip to the screening test.
