General Eligibility & Requirement Criteria

Candidates looking to apply for the CAD Officer role must meet the following unified professional standards:

Educational Background

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

• Preferred: Candidates with a Master’s degree or other relevant professional certifications in banking or finance will be prioritized.

Professional Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of banking experience.

• At least 2 years of specific experience in Credit Administration (CAD), loan processing, credit administration, and/or commercial/SME banking operations.

Core Skills & Knowledge

• Sound knowledge of Commercial and SME financing, credit administration, and the review of legal/pledge documentation.

• Direct exposure to collateral and risk monitoring and reporting.

• Proficiency in MS Office and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a CAD Officer, your duties will include:

• Scrutinizing Sanction Advices and Facility Offer Letters.

• Preparing standard documentation (IBs) for Corporate, Commercial, SME, and Agri accounts.

• Managing Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DAC) and supervising charge registration with SECP through BLA.

• Monitoring compliance with terms, conditions, and covenants as per Sanction Advice.

• Overseeing the expiry status of insurance policies and monitoring expiry limits or temporary extensions.
