Terms & Conditions

• Nature of Job: Appointments will initially be made on a probation period as per rules. Regularization of service will be subject to satisfactory performance and fulfillment of the prescribed criteria.

• Selection Process & Testing: Written tests for BPS-9 and above positions will be conducted by Arror Testing Service Sukkur in the 4th Week of August 2026.

• Application Fee: A non-refundable bank draft must be attached with the application:

  • For BPS-8 & below: Rs. 500/-

  • For BPS-9 & above: Rs. 1500/-

• Required Documents: Attested photocopies of CNIC, educational testimonials, recent photographs, and Bio Data (as per prescribed format) must be submitted with the application form.

• Single Position Policy: Candidates may apply for only one post at one college at a time, as written tests will be conducted simultaneously.

• Qualification Criteria: No relaxation is allowed in the prescribed qualification criteria.

• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be given as per Govt of Sindh rules and to ex-servicemen for the most suitable cases.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the written test or interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called.

• Pay Package: Pay package and increments will be given by respective colleges as per Govt of Sindh Pay Scales.

• Results: Test results along with marks and selected/waiting lists will be uploaded on the respective colleges' and Arror Testing Service websites.

How to Apply

1. Download the prescribed Bio Data format from the official website: www.gccpa.org.

2. Fill out the online data form available on the website.

3. Submit the hard copy of your application along with attested photocopies of CNIC, testimonials, recent photograph, Bio Data form, and the required Bank Draft via courier service.

4. Address for Submission:

   • For BPS-8 & below: Forward applications directly to the Principal of Respective College.

   • For BPS-9 & above: Forward applications to the Principal, Cadet College Pano Aqil.
