The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified Individual Architectural Consultants for various development projects in Islamabad. Selected professionals will be empaneled for assignment-based consultancy services for a period of two years.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates must fulfill the following mandatory requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an HEC-recognized university.

• Professional Registration: Valid registration with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) is mandatory.

• Experience: Proven professional experience in architectural design, planning, and development projects.

• Portfolio: Capability to submit a portfolio demonstrating successfully completed architectural and planning assignments.

Nature of Engagement

• Duration: Empanelment for a period of two (02) years.

• Work Basis: Engagement will be on an assignment basis as and when required.

• Note: Empanelment does not guarantee the award of assignments; financial proposals may be requested from empaneled consultants for specific tasks as per procurement rules.

To be considered, candidates must submit the following documentation:

1. Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).

2. Copy of valid PCATP Registration Certificate.

3. Educational documents/transcripts.

4. Comprehensive Portfolio of relevant projects.

5. Any other supporting documents demonstrating relevant expertise.
