General Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 40 to 50 years (Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of Pakistan policy).

• Educational Qualification:

  • Project Director (Civil): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. A Master's degree in Construction/Project Management will be an added advantage.

  • Project Director (E&M): Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. A Master's degree in Construction/Project Management will be an advantage.

• Professional Council Registration: Candidates must be validly registered as Professional Engineers with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

• Experience Requirements: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure/building projects on a senior leadership role. Experience in multi-disciplinary construction environments is preferred.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in government sector organizations must upload/submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.
