The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as CBD Punjab, is seeking exceptional minds and talented young professionals for its dynamic Youth Career Program 2026. This paid internship program aims to develop future leaders who can contribute meaningfully to national progress, offering a duration of up to 3 months across multiple professional directorates.

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

• (Technical Directorates: Engineering, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Urban Planning, Architecture & Project Management) - Minimum 16 years of education and minimum 3.0 CGPA.

• (Finance Directorates: Financial Planning & Analysis) - Minimum 16 years of education and minimum 3.0 CGPA.

• (HR & IT Operations Directorates: People, Tech & Operations) - Minimum 16 years of education and minimum 3.0 CGPA.

• (Commercial Directorates: Business Development, Marketing, Sales, PR, and Media) - Minimum 16 years of education and minimum 3.0 CGPA.

• (Legal Directorates: Policy & Compliance) - Minimum 16 years of education and minimum 3.0 CGPA.

• (Procurement Directorates: Sourcing & Vendor Management) - Minimum 16 years of education and minimum 3.0 CGPA.

• (Geographic Information System Directorates: Mapping & Spatial Analysis) - Minimum 16 years of education and minimum 3.0 CGPA.

• (Land and Estate Directorates: Property & Estate Management) - Minimum 16 years of education and minimum 3.0 CGPA.

• (Audit Directorates: Regulatory Compliance and Analysis) - Minimum 16 years of education and minimum 3.0 CGPA.

Terms & Conditions

• All internships are on a full-time basis with a program duration of up to 3 months.

• Only fresh graduates with a maximum age of 25 years are eligible.

• All education degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions in Pakistan or carry HEC-verified foreign equivalency.

• Candidates must possess relevant qualifications in the applied discipline.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, and no TA/DA shall be admissible.

• The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject candidates without assigning any reason.
