General Eligibility Criteria

Age Profile & Relaxations

• Standard Age Limit: 18 to 30 years for all categories on the closing date.

• Special Age Relaxations:

  • 3 Years: For Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Sindh (Rural), and Baluchistan (for posts in BPS-15 and below).

  • 15 Years: For released or retired officers/personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.

  • 10 Years: For Government and Contract employees who have completed at least 2 consecutive years of continuous government service.

  • 10 Years: For Disabled individuals (for positions in BPS-15 and below).

  • 5 Years: For the widow, son, or daughter of a deceased civil servant who died during service.

Educational & Skill Benchmarks

• Primary Pass Candidates: Suitable for lower-tier manual, technical, and support roles (such as Naib Qasid, Carpenter, Driver, and USM Labour). Drivers must possess a valid HTV driving license.

• Matric Pass Candidates: Required for clerical, storekeeping, communication, and packing roles. These technical positions generally mandate a relevant 6-month diploma (e.g., computer applications, telephone exchange lineman) or 1 year of practical trade experience.

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE): Required for specialized technical positions like Draughtsman, demanding a 3-year post-matric diploma in Architecture and Design or equivalent Auto CAD qualifications.

Quota Distribution Rules

Appointments will strictly follow merit and regional allocations (Merit, Punjab, Sindh-R, Local-Sindh). Specialized reserved quotas are also strictly enforced:
