• Eligibility & Qualifications: Candidates must possess relevant academic qualifications ranging from Matric (for security staff) and specialized diplomas to Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, MBBS, and FCPS/FRCS certifications.

• Professional Registrations: Medical and nursing applicants must hold valid professional registrations with respective regulatory bodies, such as the PMDC license for medical roles and a valid PNC license for nursing positions.

• Security Guard Criteria: Applicants for the security guard position should ideally be retired Armed Forces personnel aged between 45–50, physically fit, and flexible to work in shifts.

• Hostel Warden Residency: The chosen candidate for the Female Hostel Warden position will be provided with on-site accommodation and will be required to stay on-site 24/7.
