Central Power Generation Company Limited (CPGCL) has announced career opportunities for dynamic, experienced, and qualified professionals under the Government of Pakistan. These positions are offered on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, extendable based on performance and organizational requirements.

List of Vacancies

• Manager Operations (O&M): Oversees the overall day-to-day operations and maintenance of combined cycle units, HRSGs, and auxiliary systems.

• Manager I&C: Manages and maintains instrumentation systems including DCS, PLCs, analyzers, and field instruments.

• Manager Electrical: Ensures optimal integrity and reliability of generators, switchgear, protection systems, and electrical components.

• Manager Mechanical: Manages the operational integrity and maintenance of mechanical systems including gas/steam turbines and pumps.

• Manager HSE: Develops, implements, and monitors site-specific health, safety, and environmental strategies and protocols.

• Manager Security: Ensures physical security of plant premises, coordinates security risk assessments, and manages liaison with law enforcement.

Terms & Conditions

• Appointments will be made on a contract basis for one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules for suitable candidates.

• Government employees must apply through the proper channel.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.

• CPGCL reserves the right to withhold or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
