General Eligibility & Instructions

Before submitting your application, please ensure you meet the following general terms and conditions set by CPPA-G:

• Government Servants: Candidates already in Government service must apply through the proper channel and obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments, otherwise their candidature will not be accepted.

• Passing Criteria: The minimum passing mark in the written test is 60%.

• Place of Posting: The final place of posting for all selected candidates will be Islamabad.

The testing and registration process is being handled by the Open Testing Service (OTS). Follow these steps to apply:

1. Download Application Form: Visit the official Open Testing Service (OTS) website at www.ots.org.pk or the CPPA website at cppa.gov.pk to access the detailed job descriptions, online application forms, and deposit slips.

2. Alternative Portal: The advertisement is also available on the Prime Minister National Job Portal / National Employment Exchange Tool (NEXT) website at https://njp.gov.pk.

3. Submit Application Fee: Deposit the prescribed fee using the online deposit slip.

4. Send Hard Copies: Send your completed application form along with required documents (NOC if applicable, Educational & Experience Certificates, Professional Certifications/Diploma proofs, and the original online deposit slip) directly to the OTS headquarters.

5. Important Note: Applications submitted by hand or received after the due date will not be accepted.
