Terms & Conditions

Candidates interested in these teaching positions must review the standard eligibility criteria and terms of employment:

• Age Limit: The age limit required for all candidates is between 25 and 40 years.

• Basic Eligibility: Applicants must have an M.A / M.Sc / BS (16 years of education) in the relevant teaching subject with at least a 1st division from an HEC recognized university. For Taleem ul Qaran, qualifications from Wafaq ul Madaris or Tanzeem ul Madaris are acceptable.

• Experience: Teaching experience gained only at renowned English medium institutions will be considered.

• Nature of Job: Selected candidates will be recruited initially on a contract basis against a lump sum pay to be directed by the Selection Committee as per policy.

• Relaxation: The DC/Chairman reserves the right to relax the established terms and conditions.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates appearing in the written test or interview phase.

• Authority Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to modify or cancel the total number of posts, or change the date of the test/interview at any time without prior notice.

How to Apply

The application process is handled through NTS. Follow these step-by-step instructions carefully to apply:

1. Get Application Forms: Application forms and online deposit slips can be downloaded directly from the NTS official website at www.nts.org.pk.

2. Pay Processing Fee: Pay the Application and Scrutiny Charges of Rs. 750/- (which includes Rs. 150/- Department Charges) through 1Link 1Bill Participating Banks, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or TCS Express Counters using the unique 20-digit invoice number generated on your fee slip. Only 1 bill invoice payment is accepted.

3. Submit Two Application Copies: Candidates must dispatch two separate copies of their applications:

   • First Copy: Send one copy on the prescribed application form along with the original bank deposit slip and duly attested educational documents directly to the National Testing Service (NTS) via courier or Pakistan Post.

   • Second Copy: Send the second copy of the application along with copies of your attested educational documents directly to the office of the Deputy Commissioner/Chairman, Jhang Educational Trust, Jhang OR ADCR / DIRECTOR Jhang Educational Trust, Jhang (Ph No: 047-9200036).

4. Roll Number Slips: Candidates can download their respective roll number slips from the NTS website once uploaded.
