Following the massive success of previous phases, the scope of specialized construction sector courses has been expanded to five additional districts, providing a "Golden Opportunity" for the youth of Punjab.

These programs are designed to provide hands-on technical training to help students secure high-demand jobs both locally and internationally.

• Plumbing – Course Duration: 06 Months.

• Domestic/General Electrician – Course Duration: 06 Months.

• Welding (Basic/Advance) – Course Duration: 03 Months.

The Hunarmand Program is dedicated to empowering students with professional skills while providing financial support.

• Monthly Stipend: Enrolled students will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 7,500/- to support their education.

• International Employment: High performers in these courses will be offered specialized opportunities for employment in Saudi Arabia.

• New Training Venues: Training is now available at Government Colleges of Technology (GCT) in the following districts:
