Teaching Positions (Regular Basis)

Non-Teaching Positions (3-Year Contract Basis)

• Registrar (BS-20) – 01 Post

• Controller of Examinations (BS-20) – 01 Post

Important Terms and Conditions

• Nationality Constraints: Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals who are not married to a foreign national. For non-teaching posts, only candidates holding a Punjab domicile will be considered.

• Professional Registration: Candidates holding professional degrees must provide valid registration certificates from their respective professional councils.

• Government Employees: Candidates currently working in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.

• Note for Previous Applicants: Candidates who previously applied against advertisement No. IPB-238 (dated 4th May, 2024) for the posts of Registrar and Controller of Examinations must submit a fresh application along with required documents and processing fees.

Application Fee Details

A non-refundable application processing fee must be deposited into the CUVAS BWP Account Number 17527901021503 at any branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL), Pakistan. The fee distribution is as follows:

• Professor (BS-21): Rs. 6,000/-

• Registrar (BS-20): Rs. 3,000/-

• Controller of Examinations (BS-20): Rs. 3,000/-

How to Apply

To apply for these positions, follow the official application guidelines:

1. Download the prescribed application forms from the university website at www.cuvas.edu.pk.

2. Prepare your application dossier with attested copies of testimonials, certificates, and one recent passport-size photograph along with the original fee deposit slip.

3. Application Multiplicity:

   • Submit applications in quadruplicate (4 copies) for the post of Professor.

   • Submit applications in duplicate (2 copies) for Non-Teaching posts.

4. If you are applying for multiple posts, you must submit a separate complete application package for each role.

5. Clearly mark the name of the applied position on the top right corner of the envelope.

6. Send the complete application package via registered mail through Pakistan Post or courier services to:
