This scheme aims to facilitate foreign employment, increase foreign remittances, and strengthen the national economy by offering interest-free loans for critical pre-departure travel, documentation, and training costs.

List of Financial Support & Expense Categories Covered

The Parwaaz Card offers comprehensive financial assistance covering major pre-employment expenses, including:

• Medical & Skill Verification Tests: Financial support to cover medical examination fees and mandatory skill verification assessment costs.

• Visa & Protectorate Fees: Coverage for foreign visa processing fees and official protectorate registration charges.

• Air Ticket & OEP Fees: Funding for international flight tickets and Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) service charges.

• Pre-Departure Training: Financial coverage for specialized pre-departure orientation and skill training programs.

• Domicile: Must be a legal resident/domicile holder of Punjab province.

• Job Offer: Must possess a valid, verified job offer letter from an overseas employer.

• Authenticity: All submitted documents, credentials, and job offer letters must be authentic and verifiable.

Caution: Submission of fake documents, involvement with unauthorized agents, credential sharing, or misuse of the Parwaaz Card will result in immediate rejection, permanent blacklisting, and legal action.
