CM Punjab Climate Leadership Development Internship Program 2026 Apply Online (Batch-III)

The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD), Government of the Punjab, under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, has officially launched Batch-III (Phase-II) of the Chief Minister Punjab Climate Leadership Development Internship Program. This program invites passionate, environmentally conscious youth to become "Climate Warriors" and lead sustainable change across the province.

This 3-month paid internship program is structured to provide young graduates and students with hands-on experience in environmental policy, field monitoring, and climate governance. Candidates will gain direct exposure to EPA Field Offices, Strategic & Development Units, and Climate Policy Units while getting access to a state-of-the-art Learning Management System (LMS).

• Climate Leadership Intern (Batch-III, Phase-II)

  • Monthly Stipend: Rs. 60,000 per month

  • Program Duration: 3 Months

  • Placement Location: District-wise across Punjab (allows candidates to serve in their local areas)

Terms and Conditions

• Merit-Based System: Selection is conducted through an automated merit-based evaluation process.

• Reserved Quotas:

  • 50% Seats Reserved for Female Applicants to support women empowerment in environmental action.

  • Special quota allocated for foreign university graduates.

• Target Audience: Students and fresh graduates from recognized institutions passionate about environmental sustainability and climate action.

• Execution: Interns must complete mandatory capstone projects and fieldwork under supervision.
