Important Terms & Conditions

• Age Limit: Generally 18–25 years, plus a 5-year relaxation. Retired Army personnel can apply up to the age of 45.

• Minority Quota: A 5% quota is reserved for non-Muslim candidates for the Ward Boy position (Sr. #1).

• Domicile: Candidates must hold a domicile from Gujranwala, Sialkot, Narowal, Hafizabad, or Gujrat (HQ 30 Corps boundary).

• Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel.

• Documents Required: Applications must include educational certificates, domicile, CNIC/Form-B, and two passport-sized photographs (attested).

• Submission Deadline: Applications must reach the office within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.

• Testing/Interview: No TA/DA will be provided for those appearing for tests or interviews.
