Terms & Conditions

• Faculty Eligibility: Academic eligibility for teaching roles is governed strictly as per PM&DC regulations (FCPS / M.Phil).

• Chief Operating Officer (COO):

  • Qualification: PhD or Master's degree in Management Sciences or equivalent.

  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of senior management experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or operational leadership capacity in a medical/educational institution.

  • Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

• Chief Security Officer (CSO):

  • Eligibility: Retired Armed Forces Officer (Lt Col / Maj) up to a maximum age of 55 years.

  • Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior security management role.

• Deputy Director Procurement / Inventory:

  • Eligibility: Maximum 55 years of age with strong knowledge of procurement rules and regulations.

  • Qualification & Experience: Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, supplies, and inventory management.

• Tenure: Executive positions are offered on a contract basis.

• Selection & Allowances: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. Salary packages will be offered commensurate with qualification and experience. No TA/DA will be admissible.
